Lead qualification
Every step a lead passes before they reach you.
Click through the filters. Anything that fails one is never delivered, and never billed.
Step 1 · Workplace injury
Were you injured at work?
Yes
No
Continue →
A workplace injury is the foundation of any workers' compensation claim. No means there's no case — so those leads are filtered out and never reach you.
“No” → not sent to you
Step 2 · Timing
When did the incident occur?
Less Than a Year Ago
Less Than Two Years Ago
More Than Two Years Ago
Continue →
Older incidents run into filing deadlines and stale evidence. Anything more than two years ago is filtered out. Both of the other answers continue.
“More Than Two Years Ago” → not sent to you
Step 3 · Employer type
Are you employed by the federal government or the U.S. Postal Service?
Yes
No
Continue →
Federal employees and postal workers are covered by a separate federal program, not state workers' compensation — so a state workers' comp firm cannot take those cases. Yes is filtered out before it ever reaches you.
“Yes” → not sent to you
Step 4 · Representation
Are you currently represented by an attorney?
Yes
No
Yes, but looking to switch
Continue →
We only deliver leads who aren't already locked in with another firm. Yes (already represented) is filtered out. No and Yes, but looking to switch both still qualify.
“Yes” → not sent to you
Step 5 · Their own words
Please describe your accident
Accident description
Eg. I injured my back lifting boxes at the warehouse
Continue →
The lead describes what happened in their own words. This confirms a genuine workplace injury and screens out low-intent or junk submissions.

FAQ
Questions firms ask before booking
How does pricing work?
Every lead is exclusive. Pricing is $175–$200 per lead, depending on state. Minimum first order: a 50-lead trial batch. Once your conversion rate with us is proven, we're happy to move to pay-per-case.
How many leads will I get?
As many as your intake team can convert. Leads close at 15–30%, depending on speed to lead and the quality of your intake team.
What counts as a qualified lead?
See the walkthrough above. Every lead passes injury, timing, employer-type and representation filters before it reaches your CRM.
How fast can we get started?
We go live 1–2 business days after the contract is signed. If your CRM takes a webhook or API, the technical setup takes about three minutes.
How fast are leads delivered?
In real time, straight into your CRM, with TrustedForm documentation attached. Speed to lead is the biggest lever on your cost per case.
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
Any legal CRM that accepts a webhook or API connection. Setup takes minutes.
Are these leads TCPA compliant?
Yes. Every lead has TrustedForm documentation, and consent is properly disclosed on every one.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We go month to month. Every two to four weeks we have a short call on performance, cost per case and quality.
